Welcome to South Sound CrossFit Fundamentals! This class introduces you to the core movements and principles of CrossFit in a supportive environment. Whether you're new to fitness or refining your skills, our Fundamentals class is designed for your success.

What to Expect:

1. Warm-Up-Start with a dynamic warm-up to get your body ready.
2. Skill Development-Learn essential CrossFit movements with a focus on proper form and technique.
3. Workout of the Day (WOD)-Participate in a scaled workout tailored to your fitness level.
4. Cool Down:-Finish with a cool-down session to aid recovery and flexibility.
5. Community:- Join a vibrant community that supports and celebrates your progress.

Getting Started at South Sound CrossFit

Do I have to be a serious athlete to join South Sound CrossFit?
One of the best things about South Sound CrossFit is that every program is scalable to each individual’s fitness level, so whether you’re a serious athlete or working out for the first time, South Sound CrossFit is for you.

What results can I expect?
You can expect to get in the best shape of your life with South Sound CrossFit. Melt away 5-10 unwanted pounds, get out of the gym for a not so traditional workout, and cut your personal training fees by 80%. You can also expect to get better core strength and a tighter backside, as well as functional strength and agility that apply to sports and everyday life.

South Sound is the ONLY Eatonville area gym that is affiliated with CrossFit. Be sure to verify any gym is CrossFit affiliated before you join if you want the best and safest training for CrossFit. Other gyms claim to be affiliated with CrossFit,
