Fitness in 100 Words

1. Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no Sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.

2. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics : pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc. hard and fast.

3. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.

4. Regularly learn and play new sports.

South Sound is the ONLY Eatonville area gym that is affiliated with CrossFit. Be sure to verify any gym is CrossFit affiliated before you join if you want the best and safest training for CrossFit. Other gyms claim to be affiliated with CrossFit,

South Sound Crossfit has been the best gym for me. I never dreamed of lifting weights or thought that I could keep up this type of workout. The coaches and members are so encouraging.
