This is designed to educate you on the basics of proper nutrition, portion sizes, how to stay on track with eating, avoiding common pitfalls all with the support of a group to help with accountability.
The first and last session includes body comp markers (weight, bodyfat%, and photos) and a baseline WOD. If you would like to opt out of any of these, that is completely up to you!

We will meet each Thursday (no class on July 5) from 6:30pm -7:30pm for the lesson of the week. A follow up video or article will also be available on the FB group page as well as emailed.
